Nice to meet you
I am dedicated to helping adults (expatriates, immigrants, and multicultural individuals) who are navigating challenging situations. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression related to relocation, life transitions, cross-cultural adjustment, relational difficulties, interpersonal conflicts, past trauma, and unresolved grief.
I believe that true healing happens in a safe and supportive environment, where you can feel fully heard and understood. This is a space to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, process feelings that have been held inside, and gently address how your body may carry stress or trauma. My aim is to help you gain clarity, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical tools that support emotional balance, resilience, and long-term growth.
My approach is integrative and holistic, combining Brainspotting, Breathwork, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. As a native Spanish speaker with over 15 years of international experience, I understand the emotional complexities of living across cultures and navigating life transitions, and I am committed to supporting you on your journey toward well-being and fulfillment.
