Nice to meet you
I value building rapport and supporting clients in reaching their individual treatment goals. I utilize a strengths-based approach and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness, stress management, and safety planning into treatment. I also help clients strengthen communication and interpersonal skills.
I primarily work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and personality-related challenges, while supporting emotional regulation and relationship growth.

Interests
Outside of work, my interests consist of spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I enjoy the outdoors and going for walks, hikes, or just sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air. I love to travel and see new places. I love going out to eat, relaxing and watching TV or a movie, and trying new activities.
