Nice to meet you
It’s often hard to feel grounded, like your life is running away from you and you’re unable to catch up. It can feel overwhelming and even hopeless, but through that there is clarity, there is relief.
I work with folks who are experiencing transitions. Whether that’s the loss of a loved one, a divorce, or a change in career. I’m here to help guide you through the grief and turbulence that may come up as you navigate these changes.
I strive to offer a warm, welcoming space that fosters growth and clarity. I work with clients to explore what feels most important to them while gently addressing the uncomfortable topics we often avoid. I listen closely and suggest behavioral interventions when helpful.
If you’re here you’ve probably had better days. That’s okay. It isn’t easy to ask for help, and at the same time it is so important that you do. I think we all deserve healing relief, and I hope you can give yourself that chance.
