High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life stress begin affecting your daily life. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step—but you don't have to navigate it alone.   I enjoy working with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, work-life balance, motivation, and the emotional impact of chronic or terminal health conditions. For more than 13 years, I've helped clients create meaningful, lasting change using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. My experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds has shaped a respectful, collaborative approach that honors each client's values and experiences.   My therapy style is reflective, flexible, and practical. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen healthy coping strategies, improve communication, and create a realistic path toward the life you want. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
